Daniel Hess’s Open Heart Surgery Journey

Today's release is with a returning guest. His story is full of heart-touching moments and I'm honored to re-connect and share an update from him. Please welcome Daniel Hess! It is often said that life is full of obstacles and hurdles. These can come in many forms, from physical ailments to emotional issues. No matter what the obstacle is, it can be difficult to overcome. However, it is possible to do so with the right mindset and attitude.
This is something that Daniel Hess, author of Focus Polar, knows all too well. Hess was born with a birth defect called aortic valve stenosis, which caused some of his heart's blood to leak back into the heart when it shouldn't. Although it was monitored throughout his life, it eventually reached a point where surgery was necessary. In January 2021, Hess had open heart surgery and it took a few months to recover.
Through his book, Hess hopes to inspire others to overcome their own obstacles and hurdles. The book is semi-autobiographical, telling the story of a character who has gone through both good and bad experiences. It is a slice-of-life story that follows the character's journey and allows readers to gain insight into his thoughts and feelings. Hess wants readers to take away a sense of freedom to explore their own lives and gain confidence in themselves to work through any tough times.
Hess's story is a reminder that it is possible to overcome any obstacle that life throws our way. With the right attitude and mindset, we can all find the strength to work through any challenge.
